End User License Agreement (EULA) · Effective September 10, 2026

Article 1 (Scope and App Store Terms)

1. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to everyone ("you") who installs or uses the Echad app software for iOS, Android, or the web (the "App") provided by Echad Labs, Inc. (the "Company").2. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and it prevails wherever the two documents conflict. Apple standard agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/3. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.4. Account registration, paid services, payment and refunds, dispute resolution, and other matters of service use are governed by the Terms of Service (https://echad.io/en/terms-of-service) and the Privacy Policy (https://echad.io/en/privacy-policy).

Article 2 (License Grant)

1. Subject to this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes.2. The App is licensed, not sold. All rights in the App, including its software, design, trademarks, and logos, remain with the Company or its licensors.

Article 3 (Scripture Text and Content Copyright)

1. Copyrighted Bible translations in the App, such as the Korean Revised Version (개역개정) and the Revised New Korean Standard Version (새번역), are provided for reading within the App under license from their copyright holders, including the Korean Bible Society. You may not extract, copy, distribute, transmit, or publish them outside the App.2. Torah portion commentary, the Echad Letter, Hebrew dictionary entries, audio readings, and other content produced by the Company or its partner communities remain the property of the Company or the respective creators. Use beyond personal reflection requires prior permission.3. The Company may change the composition and availability of content according to license terms and service operations.

Article 4 (Restrictions)

You must not:
• copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or decompile the App, or attempt to extract its source code;• rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it;• circumvent or disable access controls or content protection;• collect Scripture text, dictionary entries, audio, or other content in bulk by automated means;• use the App in a way that violates applicable law or the Terms of Service.

Article 5 (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions)

1. Paid services such as Echad Premium may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to the app store account you used (Apple ID or Google account) or your web payment method at confirmation of purchase.2. A subscription renews automatically on the same terms unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.3. You can manage or cancel your subscription where you purchased it (App Store account settings, Google Play subscriptions, or the web billing page). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.4. Withdrawal and refunds follow Article 19 of the Terms of Service and the refund policy of each app store.

Article 6 (Your Records)

1. Notes, highlights, saved words, community posts, and other records you create in the App belong to you. The Company stores and processes them only as needed to provide the service and sync them across your devices.2. Records visible to other users must not contain unlawful, abusive, hateful, or obscene content. The Company reviews reported content within 24 hours and may remove it or restrict the account involved. You can report inappropriate content and block other users within the App.

Article 7 (Termination)

1. If you breach this EULA, the license may end without notice. On termination you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.2. You may end this EULA at any time by deleting the App and closing your account under the Terms of Service.

Article 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

1. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is". The Company does not warrant that the App will operate without interruption or error.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, except for damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.3. For the App downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and the Company is responsible for addressing any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Contact)
